I miss the Madison theatre for shows. seen slipknot and mudvayne there before they were big for 10 bucks. I used to dream of playing there and then they just shut it down

Lived in Peoria for twenty two years nothing ever changed stayed there to long to Milwaukee three years ago and it was the best decision ever. So much more to do in the Milwaukee area lots of great restaurants so live to be able to see professional basketball games and basketball and not have to drive three hours only twenty minutes drive now lots of music concerts big names on top of the fact that Milwaukee has the biggest music festival in the world summer fest where people come from all over the world to attend. And Milwaukee has the best state fair in the country it was voted number one. There’s a festival every weekend if not down by Lake Michigan somewhere in the suburbs always something to do there’s so much here beside the fact the taxes and gasoline and utilities are a lot cheaper hear and it’s a lot cleaner here too

Oct 27, 2001 had to be one of the best shows by Slipknot 🤘🏼 Peoria had the best local rock scenes back in the day. This was a wonderful drive down memory lane 🖤🖤

I miss when east peria legion and the brass rail. i've seen soooooo many good bands at those 2 venues. honestly what the hell happened to Peoria I miss the metal scene 😔
