Good lesson for replacing a door. It’s clearly not as simple as most think. I’ve found that out myself. but most would wash or paint the door

I would had used CIF cleaning solution to remove those marks or at most, paint over it. Nonetheless good tutorial if u really gotta change that door.

In the last step, you could have used a pair of pliers to bend the hinges backwards and it would solve the issue
