@wellness_momma_christina: GLP-1 Quick Tip ⚡️ You do not ALWAYS need to increase your GLP-1‼️ There should not be a race to get to the highest GLP-1…don’t compare your journey to others!

2.5 is all I can take. Been on it for 1 week and it’s been brutal. Non stop nausea. I won’t go up to 5, no way.

After 9 weeks on 2.5mg I feel it has stalled my weight loss, is it fair to say 5.0mg is now the logical step

That’s what I thought but my old doctor forced me to go up and increase. Right now I’m on the highest 15 mg of Zepbound and sometimes I really feel like I could do with less. For example, after my shot the first two days very difficult to get calories in. Is it possible to take a step down to see how I respond? Lucky me since day one. I’ve had no issues with side effects. Maybe just a little gas from time to time.
