Idk, I was thinking the master of phantasia is the persona that represents a certain facet of elation like uncertainty, similar to sparxies type of elation. Maybe there's just no persona indicative of all encompassing elstion because that would just be Ahas divine or galactic body. I like to think each mask manifests a persona for a certain type of ideology, and we're just seeing the master of phantasia

Also about why is it 3 games - she won 'big lotto 3 times in a row' which for some reason got a bit too much attention in the quest, also on that poster, she was shown in her kinda Aha outfit (her main queen of hearts motive on dress, crown and ribbon), which can be interpreted as she won her aeonhood after three wins in bigger games
