@tylerpath: If you stumble upon a curved bench press, the lowest bench position might look like a flat bench press but due to the arc, It is in fact effectively a flat bench press due to the position that it places your sternum. On another note, yes I highly recommend you use it if you have it vs a regular flat bench press since it provides more support when you naturally arch. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
