@dogrescuedude: Gus has such a tragic story. Gus’s mum reached out to The City of Mobile Animal Services during her final days of lung cancer as she had nowhere else to turn. She was devastated and in tears as she had to surrender him while having to deal with her end of life hospice situation. Gus’s mum wrote a letter for anyone interested in giving him a new home and we read a little bit of it here.
