I love Blount county water. I live in Jefferson County and we have Jasper water (billing) but it is actually Blount county water. When our water is off and I call to report it is out they tell me there is no way I have water with Blount County. Oh yes I do! 😂😂😂😂

I have heard about people stealing water. they stole from our farm when I was a kid. Ran a hose from a spigot to the main line of their house. My aunt also had trouble with her lake property. The trailer in front of hers dug a trench and buried an extension cord and a hose plugged into her trailer. Crooks are crooked and will do anything.

They know your house is vacant.. If you can put a lock on the meter. And are you sure they ain't also squatting in your house as to why your power bill so high??

200$ water bill in the city limits, my mothers house is vacant most of the time, she drives over the road for a living ….. we cut the water off at the meter when she leaves, she’s only home 2 days a week. Still 200$ every month!!!!!!

Yes, people will steal water. You can put a lock on the valve so they can't. Take a time stamped photo when you do.
