Nutella Cinnamon Rolls 🤎🍫✨ Dough 280ml warm milk 7g instant yeast 70g sugar 1 egg 1 egg yolk 80g butter, melted 500g all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt Filling 80g softened butter 100g brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 180g Nutella Topping Nutella 🤎🍫 Mix the warm milk, yeast and sugar together. Add the egg, egg yolk and melted butter, then mix well. Add the flour and salt and knead until you have a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 1–1½ hours. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter all over, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread the Nutella on top. Roll the dough up tightly and cut into 10–12 rolls. Place them in a buttered baking dish, cover and let them rise again for 30–45 minutes. Bake at 175°C for 22–25 minutes until golden and fluffy.
