As an introvert who did this a few weeks ago I just went up to random people and gave it out. I didn't want to be surrounded again so I walk and gave it out at the same time so nobody swarms me.

I like to switch it up. I see a random army minding their own business and slip it in between their fingers. Or lightly tap their arm and just show it to them. Sometimes just ask if they want a freebie. Or find a group of people and just hand them out. Even saw a suitcase at baggage claim with an arirang tag and slipped it under their carrier belt and walked away. 😅

highly suggest giving them out to people who are already in a line or while you're walking. otherwise people start to swarm and it gets REALLY overwhelming
