If someone steals your iPhone and knows your passcode, Stolen Device Protection adds another security layer between them and your information. Open Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Stolen Device Protection. Turn it on, then choose Always under Require Security Delay if you want the Security Delay to apply everywhere, including familiar locations like home and work.
