@kissing.parasites: The forbidden finish method. If you want to easily finish a zipper, try this. Needle Type: Universal Needle Size: 80 Foot: Zipper Thread Type: All purpose Suggested Fabric: Lightweight/Medium/Heavyweight Stitch Set-Up: Universal straight stitch length Directions: 1) While sewing the zipper, stop about 2” from the zipper stop. Cut into your fabric about 1/2”. Insert the zipper tape into the cut, and fold the fabric upwards, towards the presser foot. 2) Continue sewing, securing the folded fabric in place. Stop once more, and fold the zipper tape on top of the fabric. Finish sewing, and secure with a back stitch. Turn the fabric, and repeat for the other side. Now the zipper tape is beautifully finished into the fabric. #sewingtutorial
