totally agree. but what about the 2009 interview the 2008 one was the 2nd proffer. but in 2009 when he was being interviewed in the recording they explicitly asked keefe to confirm he was promised nothing from that interview, no agreement or anything. not sure why the lawyer would agree to the sitdown but in that meeting he didnt have to sit down with them it was just a meeting to discuss what happened.

The questions that came from the jury seem like they unsure if they proved he was there and actually did the crime. Really depends if they think his “confessions” are confirmed evidence. Everytime he tell the story it’s details that are off to be the truth. Details he know they can’t confirm because majority of the folks passed away. he could blame anybody at this point to get out of them criminal offenses.

It happened to me but in a different way.my public defender doesn’t care about my inner pain.to accept probation before judgement. I doesn’t know the meaning. I asked her the meaning.when she explained it to me. I said no that I will never accept something I didn’t do or know. Didn’t go to m wife house that she’s the one that punched me in the presence of officers.she said then you’re going to jail and will never see your son .I said let me go to jail. I told her just like denying Christ.we went to court.the judge asked her about my case she said she can’t understand my accent .the judge asked her for yrs now. Don’t what to talk but praying I’m heart.they gave me another lawyer .after investigations they found out my wife lied against me because of custody that I went to jail for no reason and now I have the full custody of my son and the mom supervised visit.Only God knows the truth and he’s a just judge
