As someone who is also chronically ill, when I am at my lowest, or feel like I will hit my lowest soon, I tell myself that life has ups and downs. That when I go down I will come back up and that’s just how it is. Nothing will stay hard forever…but nothing will stay good forever either….I can promise that much at least.

I’m so sorry 😢. I will keep you in my prayers that you feel better. It’s been a very hard week health wise as well this week. Heart failure and 100+ degree temps I always struggle but then add in a kidney stone and we are just having a grand ol time. Anyways, I really pray you feel better and Monday they can find some answers for you.
