@lifewiththehowells: 🇰🇷🚄 KTX TRAIN TRAVEL IN SOUTH KOREA! We travelled from Gangneung to Gyeongju on the Korean KTX and decided to treat ourselves to First Class… mainly because it was only around £2 extra each! 😂 Our First Class tickets were around ₩35,000 / £19 each and we booked them directly through the KORAIL website. Really straightforward and easy to do. Gangneung station was impressive too. Loads of information points if you need help, coffee shops ☕️, places to eat 🍜, plenty of facilities and VERY welcome air-con ❄️😂 One thing we weren’t expecting… you can’t access the platform until around 10 minutes before departure! ⏰ Then onboard… 👀 ✨ Super clean 🚄 Loads of space 🧳 Plenty of room for luggage 💺 Comfortable First Class seating For only around £2 more each than the standard ticket, treating ourselves was a pretty easy decision! 😂 Would you upgrade to First Class for £2? 👇 #SouthKorea #KTX #KoreaTravel #TrainTravel #TravelTips
