This is why I apply sunscreen religiously even when I stay indoors. UV radiation comes through windows at home and in your car, it also damages your skin in the winter and on cloudy days.

I don’t play with not wearing sunscreen. It’s not something I want to take a chance on. Applying it daily only takes like 2 minutes or so.

Did it help? I grew up with a baby oil and iodine mama and I’m about to be 40 and can see these fine lines and sun spots pop up and I’m just dying inside.
