You have to have a brand, you have to have something to offer, you have to have something to sell. But assuming you have those things down pat, what you need to do next is be findable. You need people to be aware that you exist. So they can't know to buy from you if they don't know how to find you. If they hear about you and they go online looking for you and they can't find your website or they can't find your social media accounts or they can't find your phone number, it's over. The first thing that every business should do is Google themselves. Google your business name and the town that your business is in. And if you can't find your business and figure out how to give you money, then you need to go start all over. Nothing else matters until you solve that problem.
