You seem to not be yourself a lot…. Have you tried taking an antidepressant? I know it’s not what everyone wants but I feel “normal” I guess you would say when I’m on my medicine. Also energy drinks and coffee make me feel worse sometimes. It almost triggers anxiety which makes me not feel good all day… I hope you get to feeling like yourself again 🥰
