@glowwitholesya: 🥹🍋 He sold them… and it was a SUCCESS! 💰 We made amaranth flour chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and added them to his lemonade stand - and they SOLD! 🎉💰 A little business, a big lesson, and a very proud mama. 🥰 2 sticks of butter, 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tbs vanilla extract, 2 cups of Amaranth flour, 1 cup regular flour, 1ts baking soda, pinch of salt, 1 cup of chocolate chips.
