Mine sounds like an old school 90s TV when the volume was all the way down, and it had the “snow” happening… like static electricity always running, if that makes sense.

I experienced this once for several hours and wanted to poke my ears out. Only the tinnitus subreddit was able to calm me down. Thankfully, it passed, but I was left traumatized.

mom and grandma have a history of tinnitus and im dreading the day i ever develop it because they both have lost hearing due to it yet their hearing loss isn't recognized as a disability even tho they are practically deaf without hearing aids 😔

Omg mine constantly rings high pitched constant pulsating ring. Day and night it makes my head hurt. My GP told me there is nothing they can do and sent me on my way
