@brianwallack: Throwback to my roots! The amount of hours I spent in this gym was endless. I remember times where I’d practically live out of it because my back was in so much pain so I’d be doing physio exercises non stop. And this is where I first started making social media fitness videos! I had a page called Bwallworkouts and it was my ‘digital fitness coach resume’ to at the time show that I knew what I was talking about. 300 some videos later with none of them getting any reach I finally started gaining social media traction when I started playing better in basketball and joined the pro team the bandits one summer! But that stories for another time! Moral of the story: keep staying consistent and showing up and you’ll eventually reach your fitness goals. Took me minimum 7 years but for everyone it’s different #fyp #gym #fypシ
