Nice video but if patient has pain in that area but it does not increase with resisted plantar flexion - go get a diagnostic injection in the retro calcaneal bursa. Sneaky condition. May be able to avoid surgery. May is key word

They had to detach my Achilles tendon for that and then reattach it. How can u do the incision on the side?
