It doesn’t help. I and others can open it under 3 sec. I’m crew chief on ramp, I have a pen with me all the time. It’s so simple 😄😄

For all those who recommend lock - know who wants to get inside gets. The point of lock is to keep it closed not to prevent somebody to get inside. Suitcase locks are weak as hell but dont let your underwear to fly around airport

You have to secure the zip tie around a handle, otherwise it’s useless. For those saying “just use a lock”, luggage with locks are the biggest target for theft and screening. The purpose of the zip tie is a deterrent and confirmation that it was tampered with in transit, they are way less targeted than luggage with locks
