I eat here probably once a week, great pizza. The menu is too big, you close too early on weekends. You close too many days a week.

I live in westchester and their pizza is my favorite! I just really hate that the store is closed on Monday and Tuesday. There’s been plenty of times I’ve wanted a quick bite and the shop was closed. Some of the brothers attitudes/service also isn’t the best sometimes but I wish you all the best!!!

Gave this pizza shop multiple tries, their customer service is HORRIBLE, (Google reviews confirm it). They WILL bicker and argue with you back and forth… one time, one of those brothers bickered back and forth with my girlfriend, right in front of me😐

I've read reviews and these comments and the consistent theme seems to be attitudes of the people working there and the business being closed or closing early. In the reviews there is a lot of arguing with their customers so there may be an opportunity to work on customer service. Good food only goes so far,I hope they are able to identify that common theme and work towards improving that. I wish them the best.

Based on your menu, your food cost must be astronomical. You may consider cutting back your menu and focus on what really brought you to open up a pizza place. I don’t see anything on your website mentioning whether you do delivery or are part of a delivery service. DoorDash or Uber eats may be helpful if you’re not part of that already. Best of luck.
