After seeing documentaries and videos about these people they apparently like being part of something, an organisation or group and they’re told to stop seeing the idols are human because then you’ll feel sympathy for them and won’t want to do it anymore. One woman was kicked out of a group because she wasn’t contributing enough to it, a Chinese ‘fan’ group following a Kpop group. They have a network of people they pay for information or to stalk the idols because they’re less suspicious looking than the women following them. Airline personnel have been fired for selling info and rearranging seats. So this doesn’t surprise me at all. I feel like the world, especially Asia, needs reality lessons when they’re young.
