So its ok for a citizen to be this way towards law enforcement but it’s frown upon for a law enforcement to be like this to a citizen on a traffic stop make that make sense

one as a towing company owner u get a charged extra for no key.. but second you are on private property idk how they can tow it unless the property owner wants it removed but in that case they need to give u 24 hrs
