Makes 2 servings FOR THE APPLE PIE WRAPS: • 2 high-protein tortillas • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced or diced • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1–2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener • ½ tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt • Avocado or coconut oil cooking spray FOR THE VANILLA PROTEIN “ICE CREAM” DIP: • ¾ cup @fage Total 0% Greek yogurt • 1 scoop @equipfoods Vanilla Prime Protein • 1–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk • ½ tsp vanilla extract • Optional sweetener to taste DIRECTIONS: 1. Toss the apple with cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla and salt. 2. Divide the apples between the tortillas, placing them down the center. 3. Fold in the sides and tightly roll each tortilla. 4. Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. 5. Place seam-side down in your @ninjakitchen CRISPi or air fryer. 6. Air fry at 375°F for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Watch closely near the end because air fryers vary! 7.
