Asalaam walaykum Those saying Mawlid is wrong need to prove that combining already legislated acts of ibada together is wrong. For example can I recite Quran today, do salawat after then make a dua to Allah (swt) thanking him for the day he sent a mercy for mankind? if yes then Mawlid is not an issue. If no then tell me why from Quran and Sunnah. JazakAllah khair
