When a cop says because I said so it’s clear that he either doesn’t know the law or he doesn’t care about breaking the law. Asking questions is free speech. Legal!!! Also, ID refusal is a secondary crime. Soooooo where was the first crime? There wasn’t a first crime. This officer just tried using legal language to confuse and arrest this guy. In this case I would call it illegal language. Lol. This cop needs to go to jail. Tik tok was launched in 2017. Since it’s been available there have been thousands of videos on cops breaking the law just like this video. These videos have not stopped coming out. Hundreds of new ones every day. Why hasn’t this changed. It’s obvious the majority of police officers don’t know how to conduct a traffic stop without breaking the law. We need new training for police officers cuz whatever training they do go through is NOT working. They should not be allowed to patrol without going through this new training.
