A beautiful Mediterranean home went on market in Tennessee and the remodel was super modern/ mid century. They completely missed the mark, we won’t be purchasing that property. They took all the beautiful character and charm away.

I’m trying to keep that in mind. We are building a house and I would say the exterior design is modern French country?? (The backyard facing a pond with cattle in the midst). I like so many different styles so I’m struggling to know which way to go. I could go with bold colors to neutral. However, with neutral I would still want color within the room. I love sparkly, floral, lace, 1930’s to modern in between. Ha! Can you see my problem? Anywho, I appreciate finding people on social media like you. 🫶🏻

That’s what I hate about these 1970s ranch Home flips. they just strip the entire soul out of the house. All white, all marble. YAWNNNNN
