Your translation is way off. Somali music uses deep metaphor and poetic imagery, so translating it word-for-word completely misses the actual meaning. It's not just a literal 'I'm still here' kind of thing it's way more poetic and layered than that. If you can't capture the true depth of the language, it's honestly better not to translate it at all rather than misrepresent
