and things like this is the reason with our rental property I pay the electric and the water the only thing my tenants do is pay rent and if you don't pay your rent I will pull the meter and it's legal as can be for me to do it in Mississippi I can legally cut the lock and pull the meter off all right I can turn the water off I'll do it about once every 3 or 4 months cuz my tenants pay weekly that way it's easier for me to evict him but if they refuse to pay their bills it's just like the power company turning the electricity off I'm sure in liberal states you can't do this but
