Just so you guys know the cops here don’t really give a shit if he’s been drinking or not. Nor do they truly believe he is under the influence. They challenged their authority and now he is has to spend most of the night at the jail being processed and the cherry on top is he has to pay for the towing. All bc he pushed back. They hope they find drugs or something that’s just a bonus to them. I’m normally pro cop but this is ridiculous
