Look l’industrie is delicious but that isn’t pizza. We shouldn’t be judging a cheese pie against a slice with a ball of burrata on top. Anyone can just slap on burrata and fresh basil. The criteria needs to be solely on the dough quality, the taste of the sauce, etc. In my book John’s and spumoni gardens no diff all the other ones
