I did not see what happened prior to this video, but in my opinion, if that offer to put handcuffs on that man for unjustifiable reasons, he should be charged for abduction attempted kidnapping of a person I’d be took that phone out of that Guy‘s hand he should be charged with assault to be charged with abuse of power should be mandatory jail time should be fired on the spot then they should go after the chief of police wherever he is for allowing his officer to act that way what the officers do ever reflect on the chief of the police of the cheetah police allowed that kind of stuff to happen. The chief of police also should be fired or discipline somehow
