I got promoted and now I talk more sh1t. I realized the issues weren't actually with where I work, but with corporate greed. The company that owns my work does not give us the necessary budget or labor cost, and then they still expects us to pull good scores out of our 4ss. The understaffing and broken stuff are not problems with the actual management here. Those problems are forced onto management by the higher ups.
