This is exactly what Rivers state government should look into. They (the agency) have made paying 20% agent fee compulsory. Funny enough, they also asked tenants to pay for legal fee of 10%. Image asking a tenant to pay for legal fees for renting a house, a legal fee which the landlord who hires the lawyer is responsible for paying for. Some Nigerians really don’t know anything to be honest. 🤣🤣
