Слойки-цветочки с яблоками 🍎 Обожаю выпечку из слоеного теста. Осенью особенно люблю готовить слоечки с яблоком и корицей. Делюсь любимым и очень простым рецептом с вами! Ингредиенты: Яблоки Слоеное тесто дрожжевое Корица Желток + 1 ст. л. молока Сахар 1. Слоеное дрожжевое тесто раскатать вдоль в одну сторону. Нарезать на длинные полоски. 2. Яблоки нарезать кольцами и удалить середину. Немного присыпать корицей. 3. Обернуть каждое колечко яблока тестом. У меня ушло две полоски на одно кольцо от крупного яблока. Яблоки лучше взять красные сладкие. 4. К желтку добавить столовую ложку молока и смешать. Намазать слойки сверху и присыпать сахаром. 5. Выложить на бумагу для выпечки. Выпекать в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 15-20 минут до золотистого цвета. Все готово!
