We will have to visit when we go to Idaho next! We did gluten free deep fried oreos and funnel cakes at a car show in Longview, WA last night. I love the deep fried oreos 🤤

If you ever make it to East Idaho (IdahoFalls), try Rose Marie's gluten free food truck and Guardian Bakeshop, both 100% gluten free, and are amazing!!
