Some people have probably already scrolled away… But for the ones that stay. Watch this video. See her. See what they did to her. Some piece of crap excuse for a human being wrapped up a devastating injury with vet wrap so the auction wouldn’t reject her and would allow her to sell. If they were standing in front of me right now— I don’t know what I’d do. I’m not an angry person but this has me bristling with rage. They knew the injury was there and they covered it up. Not fit to breathe the same air, I swear. When she puts weight on the leg, it buckles in a way that makes me queasy. Broken? Maybe… Likely massive damage to the tendons inside at minimum She can ship like this since she’s not actively bleeding but the vet wrap has grown tighter and tight over time— to remove it without intense sedation and pain medication would be inhumanely cruel. She needs a vet with some powerful drugs in case the skin and top layers of tissue, which is definitely infected judging by the smell, come away with the wrap. People are freaking sick. She’s just a plain brown standardbred mare. She might need euthanized. But she deserves the basic respect of a veterinary exam. The kindness of high power pain meds. And the effort of some sort of treatment. We can give that to her. I’ve never asked anyone to participate in donating before. It’s always been if you can’t, you can’t and please share. But for me— for her— there needs to be some good. I want to save this horse the fastest we ever have. She deserves freedom ride. She deserves dignity and respect.
