pneumonia but requires more examination as auscultation to examine lung if the pulmonary oedema or pleuritis (frictional soun) or could be aspiration pneumonia , is there arthritis ( Chlamydial pneumonia) firstly isolation+tylosin+ bronchodilator+ antihistamine + good ventilation area +anti inflammatory+ fluid therapy
