I had read somewhere that there's people still in prison for almost a decade for doing something like taking a phone. and date for when they will be released that is cruel and unusual punishment

I wonder if they're releasing people in prison for political protests, Palestine action and the ones that released the beagles. Those people really are safe to release. Much safer than people guilty of manslaughter.
