@the_trade_growth_guys: 🤔 Lots of #tradesmen and trade “businesses” can do many different types of work…but SHOULD they??… Well I think YES so long as a couple of things are true… 1 - The public marketing for the business is still focused on only your core trade (marketing yourself as a generalist is not good and won’t get the best results ❌) - (upsell additional services/work in private) 2 - The additional work should make your he same or money money than your core task ✅ - sounds obvious but lots of guys that are “struggling” think they need to accept any work. This is a false economy and will lead to more struggling.
