After 6 years, I walked through the gates of Islamia College Peshawar again… and suddenly time folded in on itself. The same red bricks. The same quiet corridors. The same trees that once stood witness to our endless chai sessions behind APARO, bunked class football therapy , and those impossible dreams we carried in our pockets. Yahan kabhi hum sirf students nahi thay… Yahan hum khwab dekhne walay thay. We sat on those lawns imagining futures bigger than ourselves — kisi ne engineer ban’na tha, kisi ne doctor, kisi ne officer, kisi ne duniya dekhni thi. Back then everything felt possible, aur har dosti lagti thi hamesha ke liye. Phir zindagi apni raftaar se chalti rahi. FSc hogaye. Degrees mil gaye. Log bikhar gaye. Koi Karachi chala gaya, koi Islamabad, koi mulk se bahar… aur koi zindagi ke bilkul alag raste par. But standing there again today, it felt like none of us ever truly left. Because Islamia College Peshawar sirf ek college nahi tha… yeh woh jagah thi jahan humne sapne dekhna seekha. Aur phir… un sapno ke peeche chal diye. Somewhere in different cities, different careers, different lives — we’re still those same students… bas ab khwabon ko haqiqat banane ki koshish kar rahe hain. #islamiacollegepeshawar #Nostalgia #peshawar #islamiacollege #fyp
