I completely understand why so many of you are saying this. ❤️I have tried to give the owners the opportunity to get things sorted and have offered help, including free grooms and support with getting him to a vet, as I know they are struggling financially. My main concern has always been the dog’s welfare, not judging or attacking the owners. I’m hoping they take the help offered and get him the care he needs. But if his welfare continues to be compromised, I will have no choice but to report my concerns. I just want to know that I’ve done everything I can for him. 🐾🖤

I have a shih tzu and he is my world. they are known to have eye issues, but if their owner cant look after them they really need to think about allowing someone to take them, who can give him the care he needs. I couldnt let him go back to them after seeing this. this break my heart. you are doing a fab job. please if you have not done so already raise your concerns with the vet/rspca so some1 can do a welfare check on them at home xxx

That’s a welfare problem and needs reporting, that poor little pooch😔 i’m a groomer that would have brought me to tears too, it’s cruel, especially as you raised concerns the last time there’s just no excuse for it 😕
