Dough should be sticky but not very wet. 5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. 6. Flour your surface, shape dough into a ball, cover 10 minutes. 7. Dust with semolina, then gently stretch into a round without pressing the sides. Add tomato sauce and toppings. 8. Heat up your oven for 30 minutes on high temperature.
