@bertiethefrenchie: Behind every video we share, there’s far more happening than you see. Every day is meds, vet calls, sleepless nights, trying to keep Red comfortable. But behind the scenes, we are fighting too. I need to say this clearly. I am not suggesting any of this was intentional. I don’t believe that. I don’t know why this happened and I won’t speculate. I also respect that investigations take time. We are not asking for overnight conclusions. What we’re asking for is compassion, communication and transparency. While websites are updated and generic emails go out, families living with the consequences are still waiting for meaningful, personal communication. Given what these dogs are enduring, they deserve that. Many of you have told us to seek advice, to take this further. Please know that we are. There is a huge amount happening privately. We’re speaking to the right people, gathering information, preserving evidence. Silence from us should never be mistaken for inaction. I also need to say this. This has never been about money. Money is not justice. No amount can undo what Red has been through, or erase what these dogs and their families have endured. We want justice. We want answers. We want accountability. And we want to do everything we can to stop another family going through this. We’ll keep fighting for Red, and for every dog affected. They deserved better. This is heartbreaking. So painful to watch. I have shared because people HAVE to understand WHY you are being so vocal about this. This isn’t about destroying a Company for the hell of it, this is about holding them to account and doing all you can to recover financially and ensure no one else has to go through this. Ever again.

I’m checking on Red every day and praying that today will have better news. It breaks my heart that Red and other dogs are going through this. How many more days of medication is currently prescribed? Hoping that all of this saves his eye.!
