@ausiemausie: this man hated sherlock #sherlockholmes #arthurconandoyle #moodboard #expectations #olivarodrigo

J>O>S>H 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🪲 :

Bro wrote a whole original gothic novel and the people harassed him enough that he reworked it to be a Holmes novel that’s so funny to me

Mads✨ :

ACD killing him off and people being so upset they harassed him until he brought him back will never not be funny sorry

JOM 🔍⭕️ :

him saying that if sherlock holmes was the only thing he was known for he considered his life a failure😭

Erin :

Bro couldn’t even kill his own character id be pissed too 💔😭😭

🎸🎶🍏Blood_doll🪲🎶🎸 :

I think he just hated the fact that that would be all people would remember him for, and, frankly? I get it.

mo❗️ :

id be upset too if I had to come up with all that shit😭

Lex :

ACD would cry watching BBC Sherlock being "finally" dead, just to come back one episode later.

holmesenthusiast :

THIS IS SO FUCKING FUNNY

✨𝘋𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯 | str4nge.cos :

LMAOOOOO STOP HED HATE THIS

cici :

In fairness Sherlock really did overshadow his other works and he didn't even take writing Sherlock that seriously 💀😭 he probably didn't expect it to blow up like it did LMFAO

★Vixa🕵️🧟★ :

and in some story he wrote 'James' instead of 'John' 😭😭 brooo

🫍 :

I’d hate my own character too if I were to write about them forcefully and pressured

Libby (Holmeses version) 🔎💐 :

Like I feel it is lowkey fair because everyone know Holmes but no one knows who wrote him. And his other works are not as successful because off Holmes. Like when David Bowie killed off ziggy stardust, Bowies most successful era but then me made more music!

Henry Jekyll//Edward Hyde :

bro couldn’t even manage to kill off his own character 😭

salamandara :

The fact people threatened him for Killing Sherlock💀 and literally sending him unlimited letters thinking Sherlcok would read them lol

Hazz ☣️🦎 :

I’d genuinely hate the character too if I can’t even be freed from the guy 😭💔

⟬🄼angoッ⟭ ∘˙❀Comms open❀˙∘ :

this feelings a little bit targeted for some reason 🤔🤔

K :

Character so powerful he couldn’t stay dead 💪

Tiko ⭐️ :

Imagine creating most portrayed and known character. Idk, I'd be very proud

The Risen Mitten🎻🔍🫆✨️ :
