They got to know he was the one who was using his colleagues logins because every staff has their own machines and they further got to check the cctv and saw that it corresponded to the same time he logged in with the credentials from his pc

I am sure they involved some cyber security personnel. them being able to see that he was able to change 11 contacts in 11 mins. everything you do recorded in your OS

I called my bank and made a requested of something. 3 days later, I had a call on WhatsApp and the person was like he is calling to assist me on a request I made from the bank. This made me fall for his trap bcse indeed I made a request. He then requested for my master card number and the secret pin to link the request I made. Through the process, he requested to log in my MTN Momo App to link my the request again. From there I saw google sheet link requesting to install extension in my MTN MOMO app. I pretended I’ve gotten a call and hang up. I tried reaching my account manager who is a lady at the bank several times she wasnt picking up. I transferred all my money from the bank to another bank account I had and from the my MTN MOMO to the different bank account. The people called again to request for a code the bank sent me to confirm the extension link. My MTN MOMO App was quickly blocked by MTN bcse of extension installation alert. I got so confused. My Lady Manager at the bank called me back and I told her what is going on. She quickly asked me to block the master card from the bank App and I shouldn’t give my account number to anyone again. I got so confused 🤯. Those people refered to the request I made and that made me fall for them💔🤯 not like I’m giving my credential out. What do you think ?

Everyone has their logins. So you just use your credentials anytime you are behind the computer.
