@vertigodubai: Sometimes you have to know when to stop chasing and get out. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I was chasing the storm in the desert when a sandstorm suddenly came in from behind me. A few seconds later, I touched my camera and started getting static shocks from the camera and tripod, with the crackling sound you can hear in the video. Then the camera suddenly froze and stopped working for a while. I didn’t really understand what was happening at the time, but it was a good reminder that when the air gets this charged, standing out there with a tripod isn’t the safest place to be. #StormChasing #Sandstorm #StormPhotography #DesertStorm #uaestorms
