completely acknowledged here, and really sorry to hear youre struggling like this, Ryan...the physical pain is what limits you and then causes the mental struggle, but I already imagine youre on pain relief to manage it(?)..maybe it coukd be changed or increased?
also I know turmeric is really good for different types of arthritis, but it works over time...you take turmeric capsules everyday and it builds a strong anti inflammable defense so maybe about 6-8 weeks and it should start having the benefit...just helps lessen the inflammation so people say they notice a difference in their overall pain levels.. I know its not great, but maybe something you could try alongside??
I really hope this flare up eases soon and your mh goes easy on you!
sending you all my love, lovely! 🥰

It’s 💩 you need people around you that understand but still Pain can make you feel really isolated and also there’s a lot of grief attached - I acknowledge it with you and hope your flare passes soon. It’s rough

So sorry. I understand because I’ve had psoriatic arthritis for 25 years. Finally had to go on disability 7 years ago. It’s quite isolating.

Yes I have UC and a thyroid condition. I’ve just had AF and had a cardioversion and it’s scarey. No one understands what I’m dealing with day to day
